If fee is applicable, complete payment information form.
** Community Improvement Plans (CIP) are exempt from fees **

Permit is valid for six (6) months from date of issuance.

    • Location
    • Orientation
    • Distance to centreline
    • Distance to adjacent signs (if within 250m)
    • Distance to entrances, railroads or side roads (if within 250m)
    • Buildings (if within 50m)
       
  • Sign Rendering showing: sign dimensions, clearance, proposed text, colouring;
Maximum 3 files.
10 MB limit.
Allowed types: pdf, doc, docx.

To complete your application, please make a cheque payable to United Counties of SDG, and mail or drop it off to our office at 26 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON K6J 2P3.
