Simply Baked Catering Inc

Description of Business: Simply Baked Catering Inc is a catering/bakery company bringing the talents of three women together who’s specialties complement each other to create a unique food experience. Cheryl Beasley is our bread maker, Claire Faguy is our pastry Chef and Anne Carriere is our catering specialist. The majority of our business is custom orders (60 to 70%) which includes catering. We also go to events such as Farmers’ Markets, craft shows and business expos which is about 10 to 15% of the business with the rest of the sales coming from in store purchases of displayed items. We also have a 4-seat lunch counter and can provide a place to have a coffee or lunch of soup and sandwich. In the summer we have tables and chairs on the porch and sidewalk. In our store front we also showcase local products, such as locally grown grains, maple syrup and locally roasted coffee.
