The mandate of the Regional Incentives Program Approvals Committee is to effectively and efficiently administer all aspects of the Regional Incentives Program of the County. Included within this mandate is the authority to approve grants under the approved program.
To serve as a member of the SDG Regional Incentives Program Approvals Committee, an individual must be:
- At least 18 years old;
- A Canadian citizen; and a resident of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry;
- Not employed by the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.
The appointed lay members will attend approx. 4-6 meetings per year, with compensation of a per diem plus mileage at the County’s standard mileage rate. Face to face meetings will be minimized where possible via electronic file sharing.
