Bancroft Assumes Warden’s Chair

The Counties, Ontario – This morning, South Stormont Mayor Jim Bancroft assumed the Warden’s Chair for the year 2017.  Mr. Bancroft replaces outgoing Warden Jamie MacDonald, who served as County Warden for 2016.

The Canadian Pacific Railway’s Holiday Train will once again be making a stop in the community of Finch. On November 27th, the train will be rolling into Finch just to the North of the North Stormont Arena. The train is scheduled to stop between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
